Layout

How it works
Each input turns off the torch on its own block; the dust between the torches is off only when both are; a third torch under that dust reads it: lit only when both inputs are on.
- The input stages and final inversion combine the two controls.
- The output becomes on only after both inputs are on and the circuit settles.
Truth table
Settled outputs after the inputs stop changing. 1 is on, 0 is off. Every row is checked in the simulator in all four rotations.
