How it works
A loop through a torch inverter and a 4-tick repeater: the torch flips every 10 game ticks.
- A delayed signal returns to the torch’s supporting block and changes the torch.
- The return path then changes again, creating alternating high and low intervals.
Timing
Measured at the output: a period of 20 game ticks (1.0 s), 10 ticks high and 10 low, repeating for the 600 ticks the test watches.
